3. THIRD PARTIES WE MAY SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH

We may share your personal information with third parties to provide you with our Services in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

We may access and disclose your information, any communications sent or received by you, and any other information that we may have about you as may be permitted or required by law (including, but not limited to, court order or subpoena), or to prevent or investigate suspected fraud, violations of our Terms and Conditions, or any activity that appears to us to be illegal or may expose us or others to legal liability. Additionally, we may disclose your information in situations where we understand that potential threats to the physical safety of any person or property may be involved. We may also share your personal information with affiliated businesses where necessary for the purposes described in this Policy.

If Nuderie or any of its affiliated companies or businesses is sold or disposed of by merger, sale of assets, or in any other way, or in the event of an insolvency or bankruptcy, the personal information of our users may be one of the assets sold or transferred in connection with that transaction and therefore, in these cases, your personal information may be disclosed. Personal information about our users may also be disclosed in connection with commercial transactions by which we are seeking financing, investment, or other forms of financial support.

We may hire other companies to perform certain business-related functions such as mailing information, maintaining databases, providing customer service tools, processing online payments, analytics, advertising or hosting services. When we employ a service provider to perform such functions, we provide that service provider with the information that it needs to perform its specific function, which may include your personal information and other information made available by you through the Site. These service providers are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to us and are bound by appropriate contractual obligations.

In this regard, personal information may be disclosed to process credit card or other payment transactions to third-party banking and processing agents and institutions so they can verify and authorize your payment information and process your order. In addition, we may disclose information to other third parties to verify the authenticity of any financial transaction involving our company or its subsidiaries or to update your billing information.

Nuderie is a globally active enterprise. In the course of our business activities, we may transfer your personal data to recipients in other countries, including countries where applicable laws may not offer the same level of data protection as the laws of your home country (for example, service providers in the United States or logistics partners in other regions, including where products are manufactured or shipped). When doing so, we will take appropriate safeguards to ensure the security and integrity of your personal data. This may be accomplished through a data transfer agreement incorporating the current standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission for transferring personal data by data controllers in the European Economic Area to data controllers and processors in jurisdictions without adequate data protection laws, or by using other appropriate safeguards as permitted by law.
