Refund policy

Effective as of April 2025

At Nuderie, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return or exchange products purchased from Nuderie. By purchasing from Nuderie, you agree to the terms stated herein.

1. 30-DAY FIT GUARANTEE

Customers may return or exchange products within 30 days from the date of delivery. Eligible items may be exchanged for a different size, color, or style. If an exchanged item does not meet your expectations, you may initiate another exchange or request a refund in accordance with this Policy.

2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn and free from any signs of use.
  • Tags and protective hygiene stickers still attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Items that show signs of wear or have been washed, altered, or damaged due to improper handling are not eligible for return or exchange.

Items damaged due to normal wear and tear or misuse will not be considered faulty and are not eligible for a return or refund.

Final Sale items and e-Gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. PROCESS FOR EXCHANGES

If you require a different size or style, please contact Nuderie’s customer support. We will arrange for your new item to be sent promptly and provide instructions on how to return the original item for inspection and refund processing.

To initiate an exchange, contact Nuderie’s customer support at hello@nuderie.com or by phone +1 (276) 531-4257 with your exchange request. Be sure to include your Order Number and Zip Code in your email, or have them ready when calling.

If you are returning multiple items, please submit a single request covering all items.

4. RETURNS FOR DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Customers must inspect their items immediately upon delivery. If a product is received in a defective or damaged condition, the customer must notify Nuderie’s Customer Support at hello@nuderie.com or by phone +1 (276) 531-4257 as soon as possible.

Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receipt.

Customers may be required to submit photographic evidence of the damage to facilitate the claim review. Damage resulting from normal wear and tear or misuse is not covered under this policy and will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Nuderie will review the claim and, if approved, provide either a replacement item or process a refund.

5. REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the order.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Inspection time may take up to 3 business days. Processing time for refunds may take up to 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refunds typically appear in your account within 10 business days. If it does not appear after 10 days, contact your bank first, and if it is unresolved, reach out to Nuderie customer support.
  • Bank processing times may vary, and some financial institutions may take longer to reflect the refund in your account.
  • Refunds may take longer to process during peak times such as holidays.
  • Nuderie does not provide prepaid shipping labels for returns or exchanges.
  • Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.

6. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS AND REFUNDS

For international customers, returns will be processed in the local currency at the exchange rate on the original transaction date. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Additional customs or handling fees may apply and will be the responsibility of the customer. Due to additional customs clearance procedures, processing time for international refunds may take up to 14 business days.

7. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

 

  • e-Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Products that have been used, worn, or are missing hygiene inserts
  • Products damaged by the customer.
