1. ORDERING ISSUES
1.1. Difficulty Placing an Order
If you are experiencing issues while placing an order, we recommend the following troubleshooting steps:
- Try using a different browser.
- Restart your browser and try again.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies.
- Force-stop your browser and reopen it.
- Check if your payment was declined due to bank restrictions.

1.2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may be extended during holidays or high-demand periods. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using the selected shipping method.
2. PAYMENT & PRICING INFORMATION

2.2. Discount Codes
Discount codes are case-sensitive and only one can be applied per purchase. To apply a discount code:
- Enter the code at checkout in the designated field.
- Click "Apply" to update the total amount.

2.3. Currency & Taxes
- All prices on the Site are listed in USD ($).
- Currency conversion rates are determined by your financial institution at the time of transaction.
- Orders shipped within the United States may be subject to state sales tax based on the delivery address.
- International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery.
3. SHIPPING INFORMATION
3.1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Nuderie currently ships to the United States and to select international destinations.
United States:

Other Countries:
- 14 business days
Shipping fees vary based on the delivery location, chosen shipping method, and the contents of the order and are displayed at checkout.
Orders totaling $75 or more (before taxes and after discounts) are eligible for free standard shipping.
In the event of handling delays or if an item is out of stock, Nuderie Customer Support will notify you as soon as possible and provide an estimated restock or delivery date. If the delay is significant, you may choose to modify or cancel your order.

3.2. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of checkout. Nuderie is not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an address change is required after an order has been placed, it may not be possible to modify the details before shipping. We recommend contacting Nuderie Customer Support as soon as possible at hello@nuderie.com or by phone at +1 (276) 531-4257. Our team will do their best to assist you based on the status of your order.
If an order is returned to Nuderie due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or as a result of failed delivery attempts, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package. In such an event, Nuderie Customer Support will notify the customer. Processing and dispatch of the package will resume only upon receipt of the correct address information and confirmation of any outstanding charges.
4. ORDER TRACKING & DELIVERY STATUS
4.1. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to check the status.
To track your order:
- Locate your order number from the confirmation email.
- Visit the tracking page and enter your email address and order number.
- Customers who created an account may also log in to view their Order History and tracking details.
4.2. Tracking Status Information

4.3. Lost or Stolen Packages
If an order is marked as "delivered" but has not been received:
- Check with neighbors or household members who may have accepted the package.
- Contact the shipping carrier to verify the delivery status.
- If the package is determined to be lost or stolen, customers should report the issue to both

Nuderie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
4.4. Damaged Packages
Nuderie is not responsible for damage that occurs during transit.
However, if you receive a damaged package, please contact Nuderie Customer Support via hello@nuderie.com or by phone at +1 (276) 531-4257 within 3 days of delivery. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
4.5. Delivery Delays
Estimated shipping timeframes begin once an order is marked as shipped. Delays may occur due to:
- Failed delivery attempts
- Customs processing
- Holiday peak seasons
- Severe weather conditions
Nuderie makes every effort to ensure timely delivery but is not liable for delays beyond our control.
5. GOVERNING LAW
This policy shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
