1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Nuderie website, online store and any related services (collectively, the “Services”).
1.2 By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

2.1 The Services are provided by Riser Brands LLC, which is a limited liability company incorporated in the United States, with a registered office address at 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958, Sussex County, United States (“Nuderie”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

3. Eligibility and account

3.3 We may suspend or close accounts where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

4.1 You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use of the Site.

5. Orders and contract formation
5.1 Product listings and other information on the Site are invitations to treat and do not constitute offers by us.
5.2 By placing an order on the Site, you make an offer to purchase the products in your cart in accordance with these Terms.
5.3 We may accept or reject your order at our discretion.
5.4 A contract between you and us is formed only when we send you an order confirmation or dispatch notification.
5.5 We may decline an order, for example, if the products are out of stock, if there was an error in the price or description, if we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment, or if we reasonably suspect fraud.
6. Prices, payment and promotions
6.1 Prices are as shown on the Site at the time you place your order and are displayed in the currency indicated on the relevant product and checkout pages.
6.2 Unless we expressly state otherwise, prices include any applicable sales taxes for the relevant jurisdiction but exclude shipping charges, which will be shown separately at checkout.
6.3 We may change prices at any time, but such changes will not affect orders that we have already accepted.
6.4 Payment must be made using the payment methods made available at checkout.
6.5 You confirm that the payment method used belongs to you or that you are authorised to use it.
6.6 If an obvious pricing or similar error is discovered in relation to a product you have ordered, we are not obliged to supply that product at the incorrect price and may cancel the order and refund any amounts paid.

7.2 You should read the Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.
7.3 Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you when the products are delivered to the address you specify (or when collected by you, if that option is offered).
7.4 Title to the products passes to you once we have received full payment for the products and any applicable shipping charges.
8. Returns, cancellations and refunds
8.1 Your rights to cancel orders, return products and obtain refunds are set out in our Refund Policy at https://nuderie.com/policies/refund-policy.
8.2 We recommend that you review the Refund Policy before submitting your order.
8.3 Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights.

9.1 We take reasonable care to ensure product information is accurate.

9.3 We reserve the right to correct errors.

10.1 You grant Nuderie a licence to use User Content submitted.
10.2 You confirm you have rights to the content.
10.3 We may remove content at our discretion.
